	Step 3. Once successfully registered, you can launch the application using the web start facility . This process may need to install a Java Runtime if one is not present on your system.When the application downloads you will be prompted for a username and password. Security Notice
When you click on a Java Web Start link, you are downloading the program and running it on your own machine. This is somewhat similar to a Java applet that runs on your local machine, with some important differences. Most importantly, i-Spi differs from most web-deployed applications in that we configure the application to run with FULL PERMISSIONS.
